     Baked Bacon

Thick sliced bacon. (I use Wright brand natural smoked)
Use a cookie sheet with rolled up edges. Line the cookie sheet with 18 inch wide aluminum foil for clean up purposes only.

Pre-Heat the oven to 400

Single layer the bacon on the cookie sheet. No over lapping.

Bake for 10 to 20 minutes depending on how crisp you like your bacon done.

(After 10 minutes start watching until the bacon is the way you like it. I have baked it convection and non. For my oven convection is 10 minutes and non is 17.  The advantage to doing it this way is not having to stand over it.)
