     Baby Back Ribs

1 rack of baby back ribs
Paul Prudhomme's Pork and Veal Magic
1/2 a can of beer (I use Coors Light)
KC Masterpiece Original Barbeque Sauce

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

Place a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. (The cookie sheet should have edges on it, but not required and the sheet of aluminum foil needs to be large enough to wrap the ribs entirely) Cut the rack of ribs in half and place them bone side up in the middle of the aluminum foil. Season generously with Paul Prudhomme's Pork and Veal Magic. Flip the ribs and do the same on top. Pull the side of the aluminum foil up to hold the beer. Pour half a can of beer around the ribs being careful not to wash the spice off of the ribs. Fold the ribs up tight being careful not to punch holes in the foil and leaking out the beer. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake 2-1/2 hours.

Turn off the oven and leave the ribs in for another 30 minutes

Preheat a broiler or place the oven on broil Remove the ribs from the oven and take the ribs out of the foil and place them back on the cookie sheet meat side up.. Do this gently because the ribs are very tender and will fall apart easily. Coat the top only of the ribs with KC Masterpiece Original Barbeque Sauce. Place the pan in the broiler and broil, watching constantly, until the KC Masterpiece Original Barbeque Sauce begins to caramelize. (I let mine go long enough for a tiny portion to actually burn a little.) Serve immediately

Note: You can make as many racks as your oven will hold in a single layer or the limit of the size of your cookie sheets.
