     Sailor's Return Fried Pork Chop

16 oz bone in pork chop or (double cut) butter flied and pounded thin 1/4 to halfand inch

Fry the Chop

1 Cup of Flour
Egg Wash (3 Eggs 1 Cup of mild)
Cup of Panko bread crumbs or (go back to the flour)
fry meat in an iron skillet with a 1/2 inch conola oil fry 3 to 4 minutes per side remove let drain and set aside

Oven on 350
lightly sautee 6 to 8 ounces mushrooms per chop
spread on the chop
fontina cheese slices on top to cover the mushrooms and the chop fully
oven finish 10 to 12 minutes
Broil for 1 to 2 minutes

Plate
Top with demi glaze or a brandy pepper corn sauce (Make either the day before.)
Place more on the side for a dipping sauce
