     Chili Con Queso

Ingredients:
1 lb Jimmy Dean Hot 
1 Whole chopped Onion
1 10 oz  Rotel Original
1 2 pound block Velveeta
1 7 oz Old El Paso chopped Green Chiles 
1 diced Jalepeno


Directions:
Brown the sausage Add the onion for 5 more minutes cube up the velveeta cheese until melted add whole cans juice and all, rotel and chreen chilis add the jalepeno


Notes:
Makes alot divide and freeze if not all used....sub chopped beef/chicken fajita meat for the Jimmy Dean
