     Red Chili Glaze

Ingredients:
1 Cup Champagne vinegar
1 Tablespoon red chili flakes
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
2 Tablespoons minced onions

Method:
Simmer until reduced by half
 
Add:
2 Cups light brown sugar
1/4 Cup Tomatoe paste
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon salt

Bring back to a simmer for 3 minutes
1 stick butter cut into 8 chunks

Directions:
Remove from heat and whisk in the butter

Notes:
Best barbeque sausce you ever had ... put it on your next brisket.
