     Taco Sauce

1.5 lbs serrona peppers
1 lb garlic cloves
3 Cup Lemon Juice
1 cup cumin
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 gal Mayonaise

3 ounces 5 to 6 serranos
2 ounces garlic cloves
3 ounces lemon juice
1 ounce cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
16 ounces Mayonaise

Process

Remove seeds from seranos
Fry them together with the garlic cloves to a brown color
In a food processor grind all the ingredients
Place in a container and mix them together with the mayonaise
