     R. C.s Spicy Grilled Fish

I live by this recipe. Great on shrimp or any seafood that you are grilling. I use olive oil instead of butter. Enjoy

Light a charcoal grill.

Melt 1/2 stick butter and use to evenly coat both sides of boneless fish fillets We use flounder mostly. Sprinkle generously with R. C.s Spice and place in folding grill basket. ( Okay, if your good enough to not need a grill basket, I bow down to you. I recognize my short comings. )

Grill on low heat for 20 minutes, turning basket every 5 minutes.

R. C.s Spice
1/3 c. salt
1/3 c. paprika
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/4 c. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c..onion powder
1/8 c. cayenne pepper
1/8 c. thyme
1/8 c. oregano

Combine and mix thoroughly.
