Stir Fry Recipes

     Egg Roll In a Bowl

Ingredients For the Sauce:

2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
A pinch of salt and pepper

For the Stir Fry:

1/2 tablespoon olive oil or seasame oil
1/2 pound ground pork

1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
2–3 carrots, shredded
3 green onions, diced (cut on a diagonal)

1 6 oz can tiny shrimp drained
2 lightly beaten eggs
 
Sesame seeds to garnish

Instructions:

Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside

Add oil to skillet over medium heat with ground pork,  Cook until browned and add in cabbage.

Add minced ginger and minced garlic 1 minute

Allow cabbage to wilt slightly and then add the shredded carrots. Continue to cook and stir until cabbage is mostly completely cooked.

Add the green onions, shrimp and eggs about 1 minute

Mix the sauce in well and remove from heat Garnish with sesame seeds and more green onion
