     Duck Diablos

Ingredients:
4 dried figs, quartered, soaked in 4 ounces balsamic vinegar, 1 hour
3 Duck breast, skinless, salt & pepper, then smoke 10 minutes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 small jicama cut in half, cut 1 half into 16 french fries, 1 1/2 inch long
8 slices applewood smoked bacon cut in half cooked halfway.
4 jalepenos quartered and cleaned

Method:
Bacon slice, then fig, jicama, jalepeno, duck on the end then roll and skewer.
 

Directions:
350 20 minutes middle of the oven.
